Who we are

Iyawo is run by Iyawo ("we"). You can reach us at support@iyawo.ng.

Who can join

• You must be 18 or older and looking to marry.
• You must give true information about yourself and use your own photo.
• One person, one account.

How Iyawo works

We suggest people based on what members have told us. An alignment score reflects those answers only. It is not a prediction that a marriage will succeed, and we do not check or promise anyone's character, marital status or intentions. An identity check confirms only that a person is who they say they are.

How we expect you to behave

• Treat everyone with respect. No harassment, pressure, threats, scams, or requests for money.
• Do not share another member's information or photos outside Iyawo.
• Do not create fake profiles or use Iyawo for anything other than finding a spouse.

You can block or report anyone at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Membership and payment

We may charge a monthly membership fee. The amount can differ between groups of members and we may change it. A change applies to your next payment, not the period you have already paid for. Each payment gives 30 days of access and does not renew automatically. Payments are processed by Paystack. [Refund policy: to be set by you and your lawyer.]

Your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time from your profile. Some payment records must be kept for accounting, see the Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before it applies.
